This GPSR update is being made on 4rd May 2025.

I now have an authorised representative in the EU and I am starting to work through all of the required paperwork for all of my products.

Everything I produce needs a risk assessment and a technical file documenting the contents. I am also having to generate new packaging stickers to ensure I am compliant with the regulations. Obviously this is a time heavy process to work through everything, please know that in the background I am working away frantically!

Products that are GPSR compliant will have a note on the listing with the address and logo of my authorised representative, this will also be visible on the products and the packaging that arrives in the post.

If the product you want has not yet been marked as GPSR compliant yet please let me know and I will prioritise the paperwork.
